Refund Policy

 

We understand that sometimes things just don't fit or look the way you expected when trying the items on at home. In this case Martha’s Vineyard is happy to accept returns and offer refunds on full price items. If you need to contact us, please email marthasvineyardlc@gmail.com

Please refrain from calling our retail store as they do not have access to our online order information. 

PLEASE NOTE: WE ONLY ACCEPTS RETURNS ON FULL PRICED ITEMS IF THEY ARE RECEIVED BACK TO US WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM ORDER DATE (returns outside of this time frame will be returned to the customer and not accepted by Martha’s Vineyard).

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the original condition i.e. unworn, not soiled (free from makeup, perfume etc), unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging (if applicable). You will also need to provide the proof of purchase.

Damage and incorrect items received.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item or size.

For faulty goods, the 14-day return policy is not valid. Please contact us and we will get further details from you regarding the fault and advise on how to proceed from there.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.  Furthermore, due to hygiene requirements, earrings (unless faulty) are unable to be returned for refund. 

Refunds

All items returned to Martha’s Vineyard will be evaluated by Martha’s Vineyard to determine whether the garment is eligible for a refund.  
Unless the product has been deemed faulty, or incorrectly picked, by Martha’s Vineyard, returned postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer. We suggest using a traceable postage service from Australia Post.

If your refund has been approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note, delays can vary depending on payment merchant used for the original transaction (Paypal, Afterpay, Shopify or relevant financial institution).
