We do not offer a refund or exchange on products if you simply change your mind. However, we will happily exchange an item if it has a major fault or problem such as when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped you from buying the item if you had known about it
- is unsafe
- is significantly different from the sample or description
- doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
In order to exchange an item you must have proof of purchase e.g. your receipt, and return the item to us within 14 days of the purchase date. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all the original tags attached.
If the item you purchased cannot be exchanged due to a lack of stock, we will happily provide you with a store credit to the original purchase dollar value, which must be used within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Online Purchases & Return Shipping
If you have ordered a fashion item online and ordered the wrong size, you will need to pay for the return postage.
If the item is faulty in some way or we have made a mistake with your order, we will happily reimburse you for the cost of return shipping.
Exchange on returned items will be processed within 2 business days of receiving the return item at our store.
